Project Manager Trevett Services are working on behalf of a National FM provider who are looking to bring on a Project Manager to work across a major contract in Cork. This is a full time, 2 year fixed term contract working 40 hours a week with excellent career benefits. Responsibilities * Estimating, procurement and cost control; * Design, specification and contract management. * Resource management; * Quality control, commissioning & certification. * Health and Safety management; * Record drawings & O&M manuals; Qualifications * Experience managing M&E projects * FM background * Tendering experience
