Job Description

Seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.

As a Construction Project Manager with Morgan McKinley, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Manage projects in defects period, defects resolution, and commercial resolution.
  • Create change order creation for additional works.
  • Scope and manage concept design/budget for potential funding applications.
  • Procure design teams on eTenders, ad hoc.
  • Conduct building stock surveys, energy upgrade surveys, carbon emissions reporting, sustainability planning, and reporting.
  • Perform site visits.

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within a consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them on time and within budget.
  • Strong construction knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills.
