Job Description
Project Manager required for steel frame building project in Fermoy, reporting to Limerick office.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall responsibility for delivery of projects
- Advising on staff requirements
- Preparing detailed construction programmes
- Ensuring works are carried out in compliance with contract requirements
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standards
- Managing contractual issues to ensure risk to the company is minimised
- Maintaining good client and design team relations
- Attending client/design team meetings
- Preparing monthly reports for Project Review meetings
- Appointing subcontractors as required for the project
The successful candidate will have:
- Project Management experience on construction projects in Ireland or the UK
- Experience managing projects from start to completion
- Experience working for a main contractor ideally on large scale projects
- The right to work in the EU
