Your new company Hays has been retained to recruit a Project Manager for a 12-month contract with a large, semi-state utilities organisation within Ireland. Your new role This position involves working with the Portfolio Management Team, while also interacting with Capital Project Delivery Team. Duties include: Working primarily on the governance side of capital projects. Number of large scale infrastructure projects, have various committees for the exec/head of function, bring investment proposals forward. Preparing papers with financial information, justification of projects and plans. Work closely with delivery leads and project managers across the business. What you'll need to succeed 5 years experience working in Project Management previously. Engineering background is desirable but not required. No previous experience required in the utilities sector. Ideally based in Cork but option for role to be Dublin based also.
