We are seeking a Facility Expansion Project Manager to lead a mini-expansion initiative at our clients facility. This role requires a confident negotiator who can effectively collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure a seamless expansion process. Key Responsibilities: Expansion Management: Lead the mini-expansion project, ensuring all modifications to the facility are executed efficiently and effectively. Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors to secure the best value and services for the project. Utility Oversight: Oversee and assess utilities within the factory, ensuring they meet operational requirements during and after the expansion. Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and smooth communication throughout the project. Downtime Management: Understand and manage downtime implications for the facility, developing strategies to minimize disruption to operations. Preparation for Installation: Prepare designated areas of the facility for installation activities, ensuring all prerequisites are met for a successful setup. Qualifications: Proven experience in project management or facility expansion, with a focus on negotiations and vendor management. Strong understanding of factory utilities and the ability to oversee their operation during facility changes.
