Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to provide management and leadership in providing housing and support to residents. The successful candidate will have a degree in Social Care, two years of management experience in the housing and homeless sector, and knowledge of child protection, mental health, and addiction. Additional requirements include excellent interpersonal communication skills, own transport, and a full licence.
* A degree in Social Care/Social Science/Applied Social Studies or related discipline
* Minimum of two years in a management role in housing and homeless sector or similar
* Understanding of the issues affecting people who are homeless
* Knowledge around child protection issues, mental health issues, and addiction
* Commitment to the values and principles of Housing First and Trauma Informed Care
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Own transport and full licence
