Project Manager with Fit-Out and/or Building Experience Required Summary: Experienced Project Manager required to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and safety. Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a specialisation in Fit-Out and/or Building Experience to join their dynamic project teams in Dublin. The company has a robust pipeline of work and is looking for candidates who are interested in long-term career growth within the organisation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the development and updating of the construction programme to ensure project milestones are achieved. * Assess and allocate the necessary staff resources for each project and ensure effective communication within the project team. * Enforce the company's Safety System and foster a strong safety culture on-site. * Oversee project quality throughout all phases to ensure adherence to high standards and client expectations. * Manage and monitor project costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and strict control of prelims and packages. * Collaborate with the commercial team to meet financial targets and project budgets. * Maintain robust and transparent communication with the client, providing regular updates on project status, risks, delays, and potential claims. **Requirements:** * Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. * 10+ years of construction experience with structural and civil building work and/or experience working on fit-out projects/interiors. * Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex projects. * Strong numeracy and report writing skills. * Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders. * Understanding of commercial realities and ability to propose cost-effective solutions. * Proficient in MS Office, project management software (such as MS Project), and CDEs such as Procore, BIM 360, or similar. **Package:** * Competitive remuneration package, including a base salary, bonus, pension, life assurance, healthcare, and car allowance or company vehicle.
