Project Manager Location: Ireland Work Mode: Hybrid - Home Based

POSITION SUMMARY: As a Project Manager, you will lead multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves working collaboratively and cross-functionally to maximize project outcomes. You will work with a range of stakeholders from individual contributors to subject matter experts and executives alike.

You will be accountable for project planning and documentation, and management of expectations, milestones, and deliverables. You will provide timely and informative reporting on project progress and project success metrics. You will ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget. You will take corrective actions where needed to achieve project deliverables to the project timeline. You will have the confidence and capability to hold all stakeholders, including senior stakeholders accountable to project commitments. You will perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks. You will act as a key contact for facilitation and coordination of communication between internal departments. You will contribute to the development of processes and best practices for project management execution for the project management team. You will collaborate with teammates & foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

What You Bring to The Team:

* 5+ years of project management experience with PMP / Prince2 or other formal Project Management training preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
* Proficient with multiple desktop applications, including MS Office, MS Project, Sharepoint, Miro, and more
* Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job done
* Excellent ability to work and communicate at all levels within an organization
* Strong written and oral communication skills, including delivering professional presentations
* Proficient in budgeting and resource allocation
* Demonstrated leadership qualities including the ability to influence and persuade
* Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards
