Experienced Infrastructure Project Manager sought to lead critical infrastructure projects in Dublin, ensuring successful delivery aligned with strategic goals.

Our leading Financial Services client is seeking a skilled professional to manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, develop comprehensive project plans, and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, define goals, and manage budgets, identifying the resources required.
  • Plan, manage, and communicate timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure technical feasibility and adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Perform risk management to mitigate project risks.
  • Monitor project performance, focusing on the successful achievement of both short and long-term goals.
  • Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations, including scope and change management.
  • Ensure adherence to frameworks and maintain appropriate documentation for each project.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure all cloud infrastructure (AWS) meets security and compliance standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
  • Strong expertise and hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects, with a history of successful project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, virtualization, cloud technologies, and data centers.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Dev Ops tools and practices.
