Senior Project Manager (Delivery Lead) Risk & Finance Technology, Dublin: Join a global team building enterprise-scale solutions for risk and finance divisions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and agile methodologies. Foster innovation, improve processes, and stay ahead with new technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure compliance with audit and operational standards. Deliver best-in-class risk management and finance solutions, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead software project deliveries. Min. 6 months contract, potential for extensions.

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
- Develop project plans, manage risks, and implement testing strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders, communicate objectives, and provide transparency into project health.
- Ensure compliance with audit, operational, and enterprise change management standards.
- Research and adopt new technologies for continuous improvement.

- Partner with business users and development teams to deliver risk management and finance solutions.
- Ensure effective governance, risk management, and financial/resource management.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide clear communication on project status, risks, and deliverables.
- Lead software project deliveries, coordinating across analysis, development, testing, and release phases.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and business partners.

- Extensive experience in Project and Program Management, Governance, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, and Financial/Resource Management.
- Strong background in delivering projects in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with audit and operational standards.
- Proven experience managing software projects/programs with knowledge of development, testing, and release management.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and make pragmatic decisions.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with attention to detail.

- Experience with collaborative tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Solid financial services experience, with a deep understanding of financial products, business processes, and terminology.
