Intermediate Project Manager required for a specialist construction and property development company serving the residential, commercial, and industrial market in Dublin, Ireland.
Our client is a UK-based Construction Consultancy Firm expanding their operations into Ireland.
Job Description
Manage site staff and contractors, proposing suitable changes to design to improve savings, ease construction programme, enhance specification and quality completion.
- Monitor construction, regarding quality of workmanship and materials
- Plan, maintain and control financial administration of all construction work to achieve maximum cost effectiveness
- Co-ordinate and liaise with Directors, Project Managers, Site Engineers and services Co-coordinator to ensure timely and accurate information
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specification, building regulations and good building practice
- Check and understand all drawings and specification
- Establish project resource requirements and lead the project team
- Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory obligations
- Responsible for Health and Safety Requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Residential Construction experience (must have)
- 4 years experience in similar or related field
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Previous experience working with a local Consultancy Practice
Compensation Package:
- € Base Salary (DOE)
- 5-10% Performance Based Bonus
- Pension (After 6 month probation period)
- Car Allowance
- Hybrid Working Model (2-3 days WFH)
Candidates must be based in Ireland and hold an EU passport or Stamp 4 visa.
