Highly skilled Project Manager sought for award-winning client in Dublin, with expertise in structural steel or construction industry.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team just outside of Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor and manage project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Lead and manage teams, including engineers and site crews.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards and adheres to specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on all sites.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, including progress and any potential risks.
- Complete Method Statements and Risk Assessments for structural steel installation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the structural steel or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
Salary: Euros 65,000 - 70,000
