Job Description
Seeking a Project Manager to lead refurbishment projects, manage space allocation, and oversee a team at the Microsoft Campus in Leopardstown.
The role involves project management and contract administration of refurbishment projects, strategic planning for space allocation, capital and revenue projections, and occupancy feasibility appraisals. The successful candidate will also manage a team to include local facilities tasks, small to medium size churn and moves, minor build works, and CAD support roles.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE, independent drive, and a good understanding of the balance between client requirements and consultant responsibilities within the property industry. The role provides an exciting opportunity to lead the development of the WDL brand in the Microsoft campus.
The successful candidate will be offered a salary of €40k+ in addition to benefits, based on experience and suitability.
