Project Manager - Dublin (Hybrid) Salary: 60-70k (DOE) Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of various high-impact projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of various high-impact projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Mitigate project risk, ensuring smooth project workflows.
  • Drive adherence to project management methodologies, including SDLC processes, while upholding the highest standards of quality for project deliverables.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient project implementation and foster strong collaboration.
  • Continuously monitor and improve processes to enhance project performance and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within IT or a related sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Certified PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management qualification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is highly desirable.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise-level IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions in a timely manner.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders and facilitating positive team dynamics.
