Project Manager sought for a Subcontractor in Dublin/Nationwide, overseeing site progress, monitoring output, and ensuring compliance with specifications.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Attending weekly zoom meetings to report progress and staffing issues.
- Overseeing site progress and monitoring output on all aspects of works underway.
- Monitoring and reporting on wastage, developing ways to reduce waste.
- Recording daily QA using software.
- Ensuring correct products are used in accordance with specifications.
- Reviewing drawings against works being carried out to ensure scope of works is maintained.
- Communicating with team members on changes/variations of works.
- Capturing and agreeing variations on dayworks with the Main Contractor.
- Meeting with the Surveying department to discuss operative outputs.
- Attending health and safety meetings with Main Contractors.
- Being involved in preconstruction planning aspects.
- Providing assistance to Surveyors, Coordinators, and Site Operatives.
- Ensuring tools are kept in good order and reporting losses, damages, or thefts.
- Attending appointments.
- Compiling site-specific method statements and risk assessments.
