Job Description

Project Manager role in Dublin, Ireland, seeking a professional to lead client-focused projects with excellent communication skills and experience in project control documentation, tender process, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure dedicated client focus and effective client interaction with excellent lines of communication.
  • Prepare and manage project control documentation, including project execution plans, project brief, tender documentation, and risk register.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilised throughout the project.
  • Ensure each stage of the process is progressing to the agreed time frame, budget, and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage specific projects with ability to administer contracts with minimal project Director input.
  • Liaise with the Design Team to ensure requirements and specifications are met on time and within budget.
  • Organise and chair pre-contract and post-contract project team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Project Management or currently studying towards such while in employment.
  • Displays an understanding of specifications, bills of quantities/schedules of works, and drawings.
  • Computer literate in MS Office, MS Project, and Auto CAD.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with an ability to organise the workday around assigned activities and priorities with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team demonstrating effective interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Experience dealing competently with Clients, Design Teams & Contractors.
