Experienced Project Manager sought for high-profile residential project in South Dublin, overseeing project lifecycle, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-friendly completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of large-scale RC Frame projects.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site personnel, and materials for smooth site operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and design teams for clear communication and project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in RC Frame projects.
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, construction processes, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering.
