Job Opportunity: Project Manager Location: South Dublin, Ireland Sector: Residential Development Project: Large-Scale Residential Development Employment Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (Project Duration) Salary: Competitive, Commensurate with Experience Start Date: Immediate About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the development of a large residential project in South Dublin. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency from inception to completion. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality residential community on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale residential development, ensuring all phases meet project specifications and timelines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and resource allocation. Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain project momentum. Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and enforcing best practices across all teams. Regularly update senior management on project progress, presenting detailed reports, KPIs, and budget tracking. Handle all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance, ensuring a smooth and transparent project flow. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in project management within residential or large-scale construction projects. Proven track record of successfully managing residential developments from start to finish. Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, safety standards, and quality compliance.
