Project Manager A market leader in the Construction Industry are seeking a Project Manager. THE COMPANY: Our client is a long term, and well-established presence in the construction sector. With a healthy pipeline of work, and multiple sites across Ireland, our client now seek a Project Manager. THE ROLE: The successful candidate will travel to sites in Leinster with the following duties: Plan, schedule, and coordinate works across multiple sites. Manage direct reports such as site manager and supervisors. Manage over work of contractors, ensuring work done is up to standard. Oversee Health & Safety, and Quality of site teams with erection of timber frame structures. Manage all site documentation and site reports. Liaise between site stakeholders, design and manufacturing team. Assist with schedules and logistics. THE PERSON: We are looking to speak to those from the following backgrounds: Senior experience required. Current job titles that are relevant: contracts manager, project manager, site manager, construction manager or similar. Any experience within the prefabricated building supply market is a huge advantage such as - concrete, steel, timber, facade systems.
