The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders in the business to ensure we maximise the delivery of our key strategic projects and deliver new features from concept through to being loved by our customers. This role reports to the Head of Projects and you will bring your experience of modularising business needs and delivering high quality solutions for minimal tech cost, basing future development on feedback and learnings from our customers. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and collaborator, work well under pressure and have a proven ability to work to deadlines and changing priorities in an environment experiencing rapid growth. Your New Role Responsibilities: Own the process for ensuring our project portfolio supports our strategic roadmap by ensuring all features have a clear, accurate benefit and associated cost and prioritise based on maximum benefit at minimum cost. Ensure priority projects are effectively managed through estimation, definition of requirements and development to agreed deadlines on an MVP basis. Co-ordinate cost-efficient outsourced development with third party providers, including web and app, and ensure efficient co-ordination between internal and external teams. Maximise utilisation of development resources to ensure that there is an agreed prioritised background for sprints ensuring key project dates and timelines are achieved. Communicate progress, issues and actions to all stakeholders and summarise progress for weekly stakeholder meetings. Essential Experience & Skills to Succeed: 5+ years' experience in Project Management, or a similar role in a fast-paced commercial environment.
