Overview: Our client, a fast-growing civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and oversee a residential project in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organized individual to lead high-profile projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering quality construction on time and within budget, while also adhering to the highest standards of health and safety. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring timely completion and budgetary adherence. Oversee site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow. Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Prepare and monitor project schedules, reports, and financial documentation. Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Liaise with clients, design teams, and local authorities to resolve any issues and ensure project objectives are met. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of project management experience. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven ability to manage large-scale residential projects. Strong leadership and communication skills.
