Our client,a small start-up company operating in the area of the environment/biodiversity,have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team. This role is an 18 month contract, with possibility of furtherance thereafter. Role is based in Dublin but hybrid working is available. Your Role Implementation of project work packages and tasks, contributing to deliverables and milestones, managing workflows within the project team to ensure sufficient resource allocation to projects; Internal (team) and external communication with (project) partners and funders to ensure that work packages and tasks are running smoothly; Strong engagement in project and service implementation especially in processes supporting stakeholders which may include: mainstream business, environmental bodies and NGOs, to plan and implement appropriate practices; Use existing organisational tools and methodologies and / or develop exchange formats, evaluation, peer-to peer learning, and capacity-building programmes for business growth and innovation among stakeholders; Design and facilitate workshops and events that encourage participants to scale suitable enterprises and support the growth of associated industry networks; Leverage connections with existing EU networks and build new connections with EU and global initiatives that will support the further growth and reach of the organisations network; Supporting the replication of lessons learned and dissemination of best practice to other EU countries and beyond; Your Profile? 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline, preferably business, finance or entrepreneurship and at Masters level. 4+ years experience working in European projects - e.g Horizon, LIFE, ERASMUS+, LEADER or similar. Excellent communication and presentation skills - written, oral and social media. Confident, persuasive and empathic in presenting to, and engaging with, a wide range of stakeholders. Team player but proven ability to work on your own initiative adhering to deadlines and comfortable operating in a team environment. A willingness to travel to participate in and represent the organization at international project meetings and events.
