Enterprise People are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a leading Dublin based financial services client. Reporting to the IT Programme Manager, the Project Manager will work closely with other project managers, analysts, technical consultants and subject matter experts on small, medium and large-scale IT initiatives in a financial services environment. The Project Manager will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop project and programme plans that facilitate project scope, goals, tasks, resources and deliverables Work with local and international teams on large Change projects Work with process owners, IT and other PMs on multiple projects to understand and enhance current systems and processes Ensure project governance is adhered to at all times Provide insight into on-going prioritisation of program and project workloads Contribute to the creation of business cases, project charters, proposals, quotes, estimates and project budgets Develop strong and effective working relationships with all stakeholders Work on multiple projects simultaneously QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: A 3rd Level Qualification 5+ Years Project Management experience managing diverse, multi-disciplined teams Highly proficient in managing stakeholders at all levels, exhibit accountability and reliability in delivering results and effective reporting abilities Proven track record of successfully delivering large or complex programs of work. Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects Must be pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible and results driven Experience working in a Financial Services (Insurance) environment Agile and Waterfall project delivery experience PM Certification: PMP, Prince etc Strong motivation and presentation skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Please call Patrick Docherty at Enterprise People for more information.
