Job Description

Currently recruiting for a Project Manager for my client based in Meath. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects within their portfolio are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. This role will require a close working relationship with the Installation & Commissioning Teams and Engineering Teams as well as the Account Managers and client representatives. The successful applicant will join a team of Project Managers working on a range of projects across all client business streams and will be initially focused on new and existing projects in Ireland. Role and Responsibilities: * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the delivery of multiple projects. * Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. * Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. * Ensure resource availability and allocation. * Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. * Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs. * Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques. * Report and escalate to management as needed. * Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders. * Perform risk management to minimise potential risks. * Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. * Preparation of Safety Plans and all site/project specific Health & Safety documentation * Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project. * Allocate project tasks based on Project Team members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. * Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals. * Meet budgetary objectives. * Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. * Use and continually develop leadership skills. * Work with other departments within EMR to continually improve all aspects of project delivery. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management or project management in a construction, engineering or manufacturing environment, preferably with a focus on automation or network delivery. * Proven ability to manage technical projects to completion. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Strong leadership and team management skills.
