A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a residential project in Louth. This role involves ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and up to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will report directly to the Construction Director. Key Responsibilities: Manage the project to ensure completion on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards. Serve as the main liaison between the company and the client, providing regular progress updates. Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring compliance with construction, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate subcontractors and maintain exceptional on-site performance standards. Oversee daily operations and continuously improve project processes for efficiency. Prepare and deliver progress reports, analyze results, and address issues promptly. Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure project success. Capture and share project learnings to drive continuous improvement and team development. Requirements: Degree qualification with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager. Proven experience in managing residential projects. Strong ability to interpret contracts and documents. Expertise in cost control and construction planning. Proven ability to set and track project goals and milestones. Extensive experience in leading project teams and managing subcontractors. Proficient in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Powerproject).
