Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, oversee, and manage activities to guarantee successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular project evaluations and manage client expectations while liaising with design teams.
- Oversee the allocation of resources, personnel, subcontractors, and materials to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and technical experts to ensure timely and quality completion in line with contracts.
- Ensure compliance with the company's Quality System, engineering specifications, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Achieve key goals related to project timelines, budget control, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Management role within the construction industry.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- Strong business acumen, with solid financial and commercial expertise.
- Experience managing public sector construction contracts is preferred.
- Proven track record in overseeing the construction of residential developments.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and safety management systems.
- Ability to drive projects forward and meet strict deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of Health & Safety regulations specific to Irish construction sites.
