Ratio Recruitment is working with our client, a renowned Constructioncompany to hire a Project Manager to join their team in County Galway. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the fit-out phase of construction projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that interior spaces are completed to the highest quality standards, on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all fit-out activities on-site including, but not limited to, carpentry, painting, flooring, tiling, ceiling installation and other interior finishing works. Ensure that all fit-out work meets the required quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and ensure they are rectified promptly. Coordinate with other project teams to avoid delays and conflicts. Manage the allocation of resources including labour, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution of fit-out works. Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures as necessary. Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including the project manager, subcontractors, suppliers and clients. Provide regular updates on progress, issues and any changes to the fit-out scope. Qualifications and Skills: 4-5 years previous experience as a manager or supervisor in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of fit-out techniques, materials, and processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices.
