Building Staff Solutions (BSS) are hiring a Client Side Project Manager for our client, a leading construction & engineering consultancy with offices in Wexford & Dublin.
This is an opportunity for you as an experienced Project Manager to develop your project management skills on a varied and challenging range of projects in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
Projects range in size from €5 M to €30 M.

Lead and manage multidiscipline teams.
Work across the built environment in multiple markets and sectors.
Contribute to business development activities of the group.
Contribute to the overall promotion and development of the group.
Providing programme and project management services to external & internal clients.
Lead project management and multi-discipline teams.
Contract administration of professional services contracts.
Contract administration of building contracts.
Business development activities including the preparation of expressions of interest, tenders and proposals.
Mentoring, support and development of junior team members.
Preparing and executing plans for the management of time, cost and quality.
Management of issues, risks and change.
Convening and chairing project meetings.
Preparing reports and presenting to project boards, client meetings and progress meetings.
Managing and coordinating project team activities.
Desired Qualifications & Experience: A degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Typically 5+ years post-graduate experience in a programme/project management role.
Ideally Professionally chartered with a relevant institution.
Self-motivated, proactive, takes action and gets involved.
Good client-facing skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation & influencing skills.
Business development and work winning experience.
