Job Description

The Project Manager (Electrical) will oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience in the electrical field, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and finalize electrical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. * Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, and ensure adherence to these plans. * Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, electricians, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. * Oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. * Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure project milestones are met. * Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, electrical codes, and standards. * Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, to senior management. * Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. * Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Prepare and present project status reports and documentation to stakeholders. * Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and methodologies. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. * Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the electrical contracting industry. * PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certification is preferred. * In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and construction methods. * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure. * Knowledge of local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
