Job Title: Project Manager Location: Limerick, Ireland Sector: Construction Type: Full-Time / Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience About the Company: We are recruiting on behalf of an established and well-regarded construction contractor with a strong portfolio of high-profile projects across Ireland. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major commercial and residential development project in Limerick. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team within a growing organization that prides itself on quality, innovation, and safety. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Take ownership of the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget targets. Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, oversee procurement processes, manage resources, and maintain timelines. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Health & Safety: Ensure all site operations comply with health and safety regulations and that safety standards are upheld to the highest levels. Cost Control: Monitor project costs, implement cost control measures, and report regularly on project progress and financial performance. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt plans as needed to resolve any emerging challenges. Team Management: Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficiency and quality in delivery. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally with experience in large commercial or residential developments. Qualifications: A degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, safety standards, and construction best practices. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams. Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
