Experienced Project Manager sought for top-tier Irish contractor's Healthcare project in Longford.
Necto Selection have been retained by a leading Irish contractor to assist with the appointment of a skilled Project Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and talented Project Manager to advance their career with one of Ireland's most renowned Construction firms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding site teams from conception to completion.
- Identifying contract variations and making necessary adjustments.
- Compiling essential reports regarding programme and budget targets.
- Providing tender packages to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with a specialist or principal contractor.
- Experience working on projects from early construction stage to handover.
- Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point, as well as industry-specific software.
- Sound expertise in budgeting and financial management.
