This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and talented Project Manager to advance their career with on of Ireland's most renowned Construction firms. Your Project Manager role will involve; Guiding your site team from conception to completion. Identifying contract variations and making necessary adjustments. Compiling essential reports regarding programme and budget targets. Providing tender packages to subcontractors and suppliers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders. Key Requirements: Extensive experience with a specialist or principal contractor Experience working on projects from early construction stage to handover Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities. Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as industry-specific software. Sound expertise in budgeting and financial management.
