Job Description
Oversee a new medical project in Leitrim as a Project Manager, responsible for managing all aspects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards with an attractive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of the medical construction project from start to finish.
- Oversee the project schedule, budget, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site personnel, and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards on-site.
- Liaise with clients, design teams, and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally with experience in medical or healthcare projects.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
- Thorough knowledge of construction processes and health & safety regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering.
