A high-profile medical construction project in Leitrim requires a seasoned Project Manager to oversee its delivery. The ideal candidate will lead the project team, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the medical construction project from inception to completion.
- Oversee project schedule, budget, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site personnel, and suppliers to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards on-site.
- Liaise with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably with medical or healthcare project experience.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
- Thorough knowledge of construction processes and health & safety regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering.
