Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major new hospital project in Leitrim. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the construction project from inception to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules. Implement risk management strategies and resolve any issues that arise. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Experience working on healthcare / commercial / pharmaceutical projects Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
