We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager Lead to oversee large-scale, high-impact projects from inception to completion with precision and efficiency.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects with tier one contractors, with a strong ability to motivate teams, solve issues on the spot, and maintain strong communication at all levels.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or higher diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in project management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Championing health and safety, ensuring the highest safety standards are met and continually improved on-site.
- Planning and leading all aspects of construction, from initial planning through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Developing and executing project plans, coordinating all activities to meet objectives in cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Managing delays, weather impacts, and unforeseen emergencies with a proactive approach.
- Ensuring projects are 'right first time' and snag-free, delivering high-quality results every time.
- Overseeing subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring work is aligned with schedules and production targets.
