Project Execution: Develop and execute project plans, coordinating all activities to meet objectives in cost, quality, and client satisfaction. Drive Excellence: Ensure projects are 'right first time' and snag-free, delivering high-quality results every time. Team Leadership: Oversee subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring work is aligned with schedules and production targets. What You Bring: Qualified Expertise: Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven Experience: 5+ years of post-qualification experience managing large-scale projects with tier one contractors. Strong Leadership: Exceptional ability to motivate teams, solve issues on the spot, and maintain strong communication at all levels. Commercial Acumen: Skilled in negotiation, budgeting, and achieving time-sensitive goals. Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building regulations, certification standards, and quality control processes.
