**Project Manager Laboratory** **Job Summary:** Manage client satisfaction by acting as the main contact for ICON Central Laboratories' services, ensuring client satisfaction and study success. As a global provider of drug development solutions, our work is serious business, but we also believe in having fun while doing it. **Key Responsibilities:** • Act as the sponsor's main contact person in all matters regarding our central laboratory services • Review newly assigned protocols and Amendments • Coordinate and manage the completion of the Clinical Laboratory Worksheet (CLW) • Ensure proper guidelines for communication are set at study start-up and maintained throughout a study • Lead the development and maintenance of project management documents, including project timelines, communication plans, and risk assessment plans • Maintain study specific study files and ensure that all appropriate documents are maintained • Provide Sponsors with study management reports • Attend study meetings as required, providing an overview of the current status of the study in question • Provide client with support on ICON portals • Proactively monitor study budget and Project Management Dashboard • Attend and represent ICON at Sponsor Investigator Meetings, Kick-Off Meeting Face to Face client meetings or Bid Defense meetings **Requirements:** • Prior relevant experience working in a clinical laboratory, clinical trials, project management or customer management/account management role in a life sciences related organization • Bachelor's degree or local equivalent in Science, Business or related Field or local equivalent • Alternative combination of experience, education and training determined by management to be equivalent to the foregoing **Why ICON?** We're committed to providing a workplace free of any discrimination or harassment.
