Role: Project Manager Client: Main Building Contractor Industry: Construction (Residential - Apartments) Location: Meath Base: On Site Salary: €85K - €100K (DOE) + Vehicle/Allowance + Pension Reports To: Contracts Manager Overview: A Main Contractor client of ours is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will manage the construction of a residential development, ensuring project delivery to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. This is a dynamic role with significant responsibility, reporting to the Contracts Manager. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of residential project delivery, from inception to completion. Ensure the smooth running of multiple residential units, liaising with design, commercial, and operational teams. Oversee project planning, coordination, and control, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise. Implement health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. Maintain strong communication with site teams, keeping all parties informed of project milestones. Drive performance, ensuring quality control and standards are adhered to. Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, risks, and financial status. Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 8 years of experience in residential construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and health & safety requirements. Proven track record in delivering complex residential projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple teams across various disciplines. Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
