Project Manager (Procurement Team, retail) Language requirements: Fluent in German and in English Location: Dublin Are you ready to take your project management skills to the next level in the exciting world of retail? We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our clients procurement / purchasing team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the company operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of purchasing processes. You'll work closely with various departments, streamlining their purchasing administration and making sure the company provides the best products to their customers. By leading project initiatives, managing timelines, and coordinating with key stakeholders, youll contribute significantly to their mission of delivering exceptional retail experiences. Main responsibilities: Lead and oversee purchasing administration projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define project requirements and scopes. Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and communicated effectively. Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics. Implement process improvements to streamline purchasing operations and enhance efficiency. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maintain favorable terms. Coordinate training sessions for staff on new purchasing platforms and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Proven experience in project management within the retail industry, ideally in purchasing / procurement or supply chain roles. Strong knowledge of purchasing / procurement processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems and driving improvements. Fluent in German and English Whats on offer: Starting salary of €49,450 p/a (+ regular salary increases) Healthcare insurance 20 days AL (increasing to 25 days after 2 years with the company) Flexible start and finish times Free parkinHybrid (min 3 days onsite with 2 days WFH)
