One of the countrys leading civil engineering contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong RC Frame experience to manage a new high-profile residential project in South Dublin. The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that all works are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is a key role for an experienced professional looking to work with a top-tier contractor. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of large-scale RC Frame projects. Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate subcontractors, site personnel, and materials to ensure smooth site operations. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to ensure clear communication and project delivery. Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in RC Frame projects. Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, construction processes, and health & safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering. Benefits: Competitive salary in the range of €100,000 - €120,000.
