Project Manager - Regulatory Consultant (DORA - EU)Dublin, IrelandPosition Title: Project Manager - Regulatory Consultant (DORA - EU)Entity: KBRA, LLCEmployment Type: Consultant Location: Dublin, Ireland or Remote/DublinSummary/Overview: KBRA is seeking an experienced Project Management Regulatory Consultant to coordinate a global, cross team project focused on compliance with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act – EU Regulation). This role can be remote or Dublin based and reports to the Chief Information Security Officer and will work closely with the DORA Steering Group. About The Job KBRA, a global full-service rating agency, is subject to compliance with DORA:new EU regulation that is focused onensuringEU basedfinancial servicescompaniesand their third-party service providershave sufficient programs,controlsandsystems in place tomanageinformation technology systemrisk and cybersecurity resilience.KBRA hasengagedwith a third party toperformthe required DORA gap analysis. The output of this engagement will be an accounting of the compliance gaps and a roadmapoutlining the mitigation planfor closing these gaps. KBRA needs a project manager to help managethis mitigationprojectacross several teams at KBRA: Technology, Information Security, Legaland Compliance. What you'll do : Build and maintain a centralized project plan with milestones, tasks, deliverables, timelines etc. Coordinate cross team and team focused meetings around various aspects of the project.Work with management to prioritize the work using a risk-based approach.Develop documentation around the project and deliverables as gaps are closed.Depending on your success with this project, you may also assist on additional, discrete projects. Liaise with external and internal clients to ensure requirements are developed and implemented timely. 1st phase of project to be completed by March 2025, with the potential for renewal of phase 2. About You: You are an entrepreneurial problem solver who is self-sufficient and has experience managing complex projects. You are an energetic and effective communicator who is well organized and has an attention to detail. You will be successful in this role if you have: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree is preferred Ten (10) or more years of project management experienceSolid understanding of technology and information security controlsExposure to working in regulated environments: (ex: ISO 27000 1&2)Financial Services background is highly desiredTechnology compliance project experience is most helpful. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are essential.
