Location:Dublin with travel Hybrid:Yes Compensation: €75-85k basic plus company car and pension I've partnered with a rapidly growing Irish green energy company to recruit for a Solar Project Manager. This role is responsible for conducting sight surveys, designing proposals in consultation with the customer and with Sales while also coordinating with QS to ensure an accurate and competitive pricing. Responsibilities: Conduct Site Survey Prepare Solar Design Price the project, liaising with QS as required Close out sale in conjunction with the Sales team Oversee and sign off on solar installations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications Ensuring all quality standards and health and safety standards are met as outlined hereafter Ensure that all work is carried out following required health and safety standards Manage contractors / installation team to required health and safety standards Implementing corrections and improvements where needed Implement quality control measures to ensure all projects meet the highest standards Conduct regular spot checks on installations to verify quality Make recommendations on quality improvements required and be involved in their design and implementation Conduct final inspections and quality acceptance checks, manage the resolutions of any quality issues found before signing off and project handover to client and internal onboarding team Responsible for ensuring equipment is planned and scheduled for installation Requirements: Electrical Engineering qualification or Electrician qualification Extensive experience in electrical solar installations Strong project management skills Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with associated resource management Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback Commercial savvy and ability to close deal Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
