SSA Group are seeking a Project Manager on behalf of a leading residential Developer in Wexford. About the opportunity: Our client is a leading Developer who are responsible for delivering a range of high-profile developments in Ireland. They are now seeking a Project Manager for a residential development in Wexford. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain employment with one of the countries leading Developers with a strong pipeline of work in the South East of Ireland. €75,000 - €85,000 + package, depending on experience. A Brief Overview: Oversee all phases of construction from planning to completion Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and planning permissions Monitor on-site progress and resolve issues or delays Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules Ensure quality control throughout all stages of construction Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery Ensure adherence to sustainability and environmental standards Lead and motivate project teams to ensure high-performance delivery Handle project handovers and manage snagging processes Ensure final completion aligns with design specifications and client requirements. To be successful in your application you will possess the following: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management. Experience working at PM level in Ireland/UK witha contractor or developer. Hands on experience of management of construction projects and working in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic with the ability to work independently on owninitiative, but willingness to take direction and guidance from Head of Construction whenrequired. Knowledge and experience of Asta Powerproject. Strong analytical and technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
