Project Quantity Surveyor - Dublin Location: Dublin Job Type: Permanent, full-time Salary: Market leading salary + Accommodation, car, bonus etc One of Dublins most well-known and progressive building contractors is currently recruiting for a Project QS to join their team due to recently winning over €100m + worth of work. With over 90 years of experience, the company has established itself as a household name in Irish construction and has delivered a number of large scale projects in recent years. The Role Reporting to a managing QS, you will work on complex projects from inception to final handover. Responsibilities Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs. Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts. Coordination of work effort. Valuing completed work and arranging for payments Final Accounts, Variations and Valuations The Person Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or strong construction experience 4+ years working as a QS Hungry to learn and develop Excellent communicator Strong time management and reporting skills The company offers an excellent salary and Benefits package along with excellent career progression.
