Project Quantity Surveyor | Co. Carlow Our client are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic and diligent Project Quantity Surveyor with 10 years+ work experience to join their experienced team. The candidate will ideally have experience working on Public & Private Sector Projects, functioning within a quantity surveying department and with a good understanding of the difference between cost and value. Requirements of the QS are as follows: Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics Have at least 10 years experience Experience working towards tight deadlines and budgets, dealing with interim payments and accounts Good client relationship skills Desired Skills and Attributes: Excellent IT skills, in particular advanced Excel with a keen interest to develop further skills Knowledge of Buildsoft or equivalent all desirable and advantageous Good communicator and analytical capabilities Willingness to show initiative and drive in addition to being a team player Well-presented and professional with a flexible approach to work To register your interest, please apply online or contact Lukciya at ICDS Group to have a confidential chat.
