Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor Job Description: Project Quantity Surveyor with Main Contractor in both Civils and Construction projects in Leinster Area, reporting directly to Commercial Director Ensure that commercial and administrative systems, budgets and cost control on project Maximise cash flow through the control, measurement and valuation of work Ensure contract commercial deliverables and timescales are met Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks Responsible for ensuring works are valued, including variations Candidate to have the below experience and qualifications: Holds the relevant qualifications (e.g. Degree in Quantity Surveying) 5+ years experience within a similar role Experience of identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities Excellent communicator Good organiser and ability to prioritise The Package Competitive Salary based on experience etc, including company vehicle, fuel card, and bonus based on performance Remote working also facilitated
