Job Description
Quantity Surveyor role: Manage commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring successful delivery, maximising returns, and mitigating risk.
Vision-Built is a leading provider of 2D panelised and 3D volumetric modular structures, with over 30 years of experience in off-site construction.
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join our commercial team in Tubbercurry, Sligo or Oranmore, Galway.
- Prepare tenders, analyse, select, negotiate, and finalise sub-contractor orders
- Manage and report on forecasts, targets, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations
- Liaise with site management team, commercially influencing and challenging as necessary
- Manage and oversee AQS and TQS, checking and taking responsibility for their work and sign-off
Key requirements:
- 2+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential/commercial construction projects
- Relevant 3rd level qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
