Project Resident Engineer We are seeking a highly experienced Site Supervision professional to drive the delivery of projects on behalf of clients, with a focus on health & safety, time for delivery, cost management, and quality standards. • Drive the delivery of projects on site, focusing on health & safety, time for delivery, cost management, and quality standards.
• Ensure that works are carried out in accordance with contract documents, and all materials and workmanship meet applicable specifications.
• Monitor and report on works being carried out, ensuring the employer's representative, project manager, and relevant stakeholders are informed of all issues arising on site.
• Implement Uisce Éireann safety policies and standards on construction projects, and review and comment on project/site specific HSQE documentation.
• Monitor compliance with contract health and safety requirements and contractor's proposals, and carry out weekly documented health and safety site reviews.

The successful candidate will have:

• 15+ years' experience in Site Supervision activities.
• Experience in administering Contracts – Public Works & FIDIC.
• Knowledge and awareness of Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations.
• Chartered Engineer status.
• Managing Safely in Construction Training.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
