We are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive community and value applications from all backgrounds, cultures, and abilities. **Job Description:** * We are seeking a Project Resident Engineer with 15+ years' experience in Site Supervision activities. * The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery of projects on site, focusing on health & safety, time for delivery, cost management, and ensuring the project is constructed to the specified quality standard. * Key responsibilities include: * Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with contract documents and specifications. * Monitoring and reporting on works being carried out to Employer's Requirements. * Implementing Uisce Éireann safety policies and standards on construction projects. * Reviewing and commenting on project/site specific HSQE documentation. * Monitoring compliance with contract health and safety requirements and contractor's Proposals. * Carrying out weekly documented health and safety site reviews. * The ideal candidate will have: * Experience in administrating Contracts – Public Works & FIDIC. * Knowledge and Awareness of Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations. * Chartered Engineer status. * Managing Safely in Construction Training. * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English. * Enthusiastic, hardworking, and flexible attitude. * Willingness to take responsibility and comfortable working as part of a team. **About Us:** At Atkins Réalis, we put Environment, Sustainability, and Health & Safety at the heart of our business strategy.
